Scott Harvel holds a doctorate in law and specializes in corporate finance and real estate transactions. For the past 20 years, he has handled $ 18 billion in rental housing and residential home mortgage transactions.
Scott successfully built several real estate portfolios in the DFW area. At Auxilium he is responsible for the supervision and administration of the loan programs, the administration of the credit lines of third-party banks and the mortgage servicing as well as financial and tax reporting.

Stephan J. Akin
Stephan Akin has been involved in residential mortgage financing in the DFW area for 23 years. He has handled a volume of over USD 20 billion to date.
Stephan is a licensed mortgage broker with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. At Auxilium, he is responsible for managing all loan applications from borrowers, assessing their creditworthiness and overseeing the closing of all mortgage loans.
Alexandra Harvel holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and has been responsible for managing the existing real estate portfolios since 2013.
At Auxilium, Alexandra manages the issuing of new mortgage loans, supervises the servicing of the loan portfolio and the administration of credit lines at third-party banks. She is also responsible for financial accounting, reporting and managing bank credit lines.
